INDUSTRIAL DESIGN FOR HUMANOID ROBOTS

Persona AI merges engineering with purposeful industrial design. – building humanoid robots that embody strength, precision, and reliability in every detail.

Modular

Rugged and modular is what drives our ethos of design

Persona AI’s industrial design philosophy starts with a single constraint: the robot must survive the job site. That means modular humanoid robot architecture from the ground up with components that can be swapped, upgraded, or repaired without specialized tooling or a controlled environment. Every panel, joint, and interface is designed with the technician in mind, not just the engineer who built it. A modular humanoid robot that stays operational longer, costs less to service, and adapts to new tasks without a full hardware revision. Persona AI’s modular platform is designed to scale with the operator’s workflow, not against it.

Form Follows Function With Style

Form Follows
Function
With Style

In industrial design, form follows function – but for humanoid robots deployed in heavy industry, function sets an extreme standard. Persona AI’s platform is designed for manufacturing floors, energy infrastructure, and shipyard environments where cycle times, material exposure, and physical demands exceed anything consumer or research grade hardware is built to handle.

Every surface, proportion, and transition on the Persona humanoid is the result of deliberate engineering intent. There are no arbitrary curves. No decorative panels. The visual language of our robots communicates its incredible capabilities – which matters on a busy manufacturing floor where workers and supervisors need to read a machine’s status, posture, and intent at a glance.

Every surface, proportion, and transition is designed to signal intent and purpose.

A Visual Language

Calm geometry that communicates intent and clarity.

Persona AI’s industrial design language borrows from the disciplines that shaped the most trusted tools in heavy industry: aerospace, marine engineering, precision manufacturing. No superfluous detail. No signals that don’t carry meaning. The visual language of the Persona humanoid is designed to say one thing clearly: built for this.

Advanced Coverage

A seamless, engineered textile skin, built for function.

Persona AI’s exterior coverage system is engineered for environments that destroy consumer grade materials fast; the UV radiation and weld spatter of a shipyard, the metallic dust of a fabrication shop, the saltwater exposure of offshore energy infrastructure. Our bipedal robots rugged design uses a textiles integrated protective skin – not cosmetic, not an afterthought – that seals critical systems from the conditions that end most industrial hardware early.

One Small Step

Designing confidence for sure footing.

Footing is fundamental to skilled trades. Persona AI foot and sole design is engineered for construction site surfaces, and shipyard floors. Uneven concrete, metal grating, wet decks, loose gravel, and scaffolding. Our robots are built for unpredictable construction environments, by using stance geometry, and contact surfaces tuned for stability under load, not flat floor demos. Confident footing means confident work output. A robot that hesitates on threshold transitions, loses traction on a sloped surface, or requires level ground to operate safely is a liability on a live construction site. Our Persona humanoids are designed to step without hesitation and hold ground when the task demands it.

Durable Flexible Compatible

Time Is Money

Thoughtful design of the battery interface and quick change.

Downtime is the enemy of industrial operations. Persona AI’s battery system is designed around a single constraint: the swap must be fast, field serviceable, and require no specialized equipment. Our humanoid robot quick change battery interface allows operators to keep robots running across shifts without pulling units from the floor for extended charging cycles, which is absolutely critical for Robot as a Service deployments where uptime is the core metric.

Weathered by Work

Our design accounts for the inevitable wear of industrial life, ensuring performance never degrades with the environment.

Persona AI’s humanoid robots are designed with material degradation, UV exposure, weld spatter accumulation, saltwater contact, and impact resistance factored into every surface and structural decision from day one. Our robots are designed and engineered for the 200°C pre heat zone, the confined space hull repair, and the offshore maintenance platform after three months of continuous operation. We maintain specification not just at delivery, but at the end of a full deployment cycle in the most demanding environments in the heavy industry.

Built To Be Serviced

True industrial tools shouldn’t require a clean room for a battery swap or a sensor check. Our “Easy Access” design ensures that your fleet stays operational with minimal downtime.

Fleet operators deploying modular humanoid robots at scale across shipyards or construction sites need service windows measured in minutes, not days. Our industrial design makes that possible. Our Persona humanoids are designed to be fixed where they work.

Safety

The robot is envisioned to use responsive RGB lighting and sound cues to communicate status and intent—alerting, guiding, and ensuring awareness.

When a humanoid robot for heavy industry operates alongside skilled trades workers in shipyards, fabrication shops, and on construction sites, its ability to communicate clearly and predictably is as operationally important as its ability to lift, weld, or carry. Persona AI’s safety design is not compliance theater. It’s a functional component of the deployment – engineered to protect human crews while enabling the robot to work at full capacity alongside them.

This system is still evolving

This isn’t a finished object. It’s a platform shaped by real environments, real constraints, and real work.

What you see is a foundation— built to adapt, expand, and respond to what comes next.
